Fabric Slitting

Simco provides custom slitting service for most types of nonwoven fabrics which include spunbond, spunlace, needle-punched, chemically bonded, and meltblown nonwovens made of PP, PET or Nylon.

Simco is equipped with various types of slitters which include slit/rewinders and log slitters with the following capabilities.

1. Slit/Rewinder 1

Usage: slit/rewinding of non-stretchy, non-woven fabrics.

Suitable fabric: all non-stretchy, non-woven fabrics.

2. Slit/Rewinder 2

Usage: Reducing roll length or halving of roll width or both.
